Seerist Appoints Alex Berry as New Chief Executive Officer

RESTON, VA, 9 September 2025 – Seerist Inc., the leading security and risk intelligence platform, today announced the appointment of Alexander (Alex) Berry as Chief Executive Officer. Berry brings more than 25 years of experience guiding startups and Fortune 500 companies through periods of transformative growth and will lead Seerist at a pivotal moment in its evolution. 

Recognized as an accomplished leader in the software technology industry, Berry has a strong record of scaling businesses, driving operational excellence, and building collaborative cultures. He most recently served as CEO of Applitools (a Thoma Bravo Portfolio Company), where he set strategic direction and expanded the company’s global operations. He was president of Sonatype (a Vista Equity Partners Portfolio Company), as well as CRO for Vector Solutions (a Genstar and Insight Partners Portfolio Company). He also held senior executive roles at Neustar and Convergys Corporation.

A graduate of UCLA with a degree in history, Berry resides in North Palm Beach, Florida, where he enjoys golfing, surfing, and time with his family.
