Program Name: Seerist Alerts SMS Program

Program Description: By verifying your mobile phone number in your account settings and selecting SMS as a delivery channel for an alert, you consent to receive recurring SMS text message alerts from Seerist related to your configured alert criteria.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the alerts you configure and matching events. These are recurring messages.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To resume messages, re-enable SMS as a delivery channel in your account settings.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data will not be shared, sold, rented, or distributed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
